Ken Chomyn is a lifelong Winnipegger with a deep commitment to the community he calls home. With an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi and more than 35 years as a local business owner—most notably of two successful Dairy Queen franchises—Ken brings sharp business acumen, experience, leadership, and deep local knowledge to every client interaction.

Outside of real estate, Ken is a devoted family man who enjoys an active lifestyle filled with biking, outdoor adventures, and pickleball games. As lifelong Manitobans, he and his family are passionate about the province and the strong communities that make it so special.

He’s also a Golf Canada Certified Instructor with First Tee Canada and has spent years coaching youth in hockey, football, and golf—helping to shape the next generation with both sport and life skills. Now, he brings that same energy and encouragement to his real estate clients, helping them feel confident and supported every step of the way.
